2 bedroom property: $6000

3 bedroom property: $8000

4 bedroom property: $9000

5-6 bedroom property: $10,000

Budget for 1 bedroom: $2.5k total upfront + $650/month for 12 months OR $5500

Budget for 2 bedroom: : $2.8k total upfront + $1000/month for 12 months OR $7000

Budget for 3 bedroom: $3k total upfront + $1250/month for 12 months OR $8500

Budget for 4 bedroom: $3.5k total upfront + $1500/month for 12 months OR $10,000

Budget for 5 bedroom: $4k total upfront + $1900/month for 12 months OR $12,000
